We do not ship to PO boxes or landing companies as our packages require a signature from the recipient. If the delivery fails and the package is returned via the postal service, the recipient will have a $25 CAD re-stocking fee deducted from their total refund amount.
All orders are shipped on business days between 9:00am to 5:00pm EST in our branded boxes or soft pouch slips. Shipping times vary depending on location and the shipping method selected at the time of purchase.
All in-stock orders are shipped out within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holiday periods). Items on pre-order or back-order will ship upon completion in manufacturing.
