All Wuxly Movement winter jackets from our FW 2017 collection onward come with a Five-year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Read below for more details.

 

 

Wuxly Movement is proud to offer premium-quality products to our customers. In the rare event of any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, the jacket will be repaired (or replaced if repair is not possible) at the discretion of our team.

Please read our Terms and Conditions down below. You can then follow the simple steps down below to request a repair.  

Wuxly will cover repairs only in regards to manufacturing issues. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, minor insulation migration onto the outer shell, and/or the natural aging of colours and materials over extended time and use. If you would like Wuxly to repair damage that is a result of an accident or wear and tear, we may be able to do so at a small cost. 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Five-year Manufacturing Warranty is only available for customers who paid full retail price for their winter jacket (Parkas and Bombers only). Parkas and Bombers purchased at discounted price are only eligible for One-year Manufacturing Warranty with the option to buy into our Five-Year Manufacturing Warranty within a calendar year from the date of purchase. To do so, customers would need to pay the difference between the price of their initial purchase and the full retail price of the Parka/Bomber.
  • All Vests and Versas come with a One-year Manufacturing Warranty if full retail price was paid. Vests and Versas purchased at discounted price are eligible to buy into the One-year Manufacturing Warranty within a calendar year from purchase date. To do so, customers would need to pay the difference between the price of their initial purchase and the full retail price of the Versa/Vest.
  • Warranty is attached to the jacket purchased. In the event that a jacket is eligible to be replaced as per our Customer Team, only one replacement is allowed per jacket in a lifetime.
  • The customer is responsible for handling any and all other costs related to the repair, which may include - but not limited to - duties and taxes. Please follow the same instructions listed below and we will quote you the cost if repair is possible.

STEP 2: Select “REPAIR” on the request form. Please fill out one form per jacket.

STEP 3: Sit back and relax. A member of our Customer Service Team will follow-up with your Repair request within the next 72 hours.
